Housing Guidelines
Costs
The cost is $130.00 per lodging and meal package. This package includes Thursday, May 26 (dinner and lodging), Friday, May 27 (breakfast, lunch, dinner and lodging) and Saturday, May 28 (breakfast and lunch). Housing and meal packages are non-refundable.

Limitations
  1. Housing & Meal Reseravations**
    • One (1) male qualifier from a school = no more than one (1) coach from that school.
    • One (1) female qualifier from a school = no more than one (1) coach from that school.
    • Two (2) or more male qualifiers from a school = no more than two (2) coaches from that school.
    • Two (2) or more female qualifiers from a school = no more than two (2) coaches from that school.
    • New change this year: Lodging is available to the alternates of a qualifying team that will actually compete at Championships.

    **SPACE LIMITATIONS PROHIBIT THE ACCOMMODATING OF LODGING & MEALS PACKAGE REQUESTS FROM EXTRA COACHES FROM A SCHOOL. IF YOU ARE BRINGING EXTRA COACHES, YOU WILL NEED TO ARRANGE OFF-CAMPUS HOUSING FOR THEM. ONLY REGISTERED ATHLETES AND COACHES MAY RESIDE IN THE RESIDENCE HALLS. NO GUESTS - NO EXCEPTIONS. VIOLATORS MAY BE SUSPENDED FROM THE RESIDENCE HALLS.**

  2. Athletes must be properly chaperoned by coaches or assistant coaches. In order to insure adequate supervision of qualifiers, one (1) coach (supervisor) per single qualifier but no more than two (2) coaches (supervisors) per two (2) qualifiers MUST BE INCLUDED in each individual school's lodging and meals package request. It is expected that a least one coach from each school should be in the residence halls during evening hours.
  3. Please note that athletes and coaches will not be housed together in the same room. Due to limited University housing spaces, coaches and athletes will be housed with coaches and athletes from another school and/or district. If you have a concern with this, please contact us at supiaa@ship.edu by Wednesday, May 25, 2016 by noon.
  4. Teams arriving after 5:00 pm on Thursday, May 26, 2016 should register at Presidents Hall (phone = 477-4333). Anybody not registering on Thursday should report to the south ticket booth at the stadium on Friday morning.

HOUSING REQUESTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 8:00 PM ON SUNDAY, MAY 22, 2016 IN ORDER TO SUCCESSFULLY RESERVE LODGING AND MEALS. CANCELLATIONS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED UNTIL NOON ON WEDNESDAY, MAY 25, 2016.
