1. Can I cancel my housing reservations?
Cancellations will be accepted until noon on Wednesday, May 25, 2016 by emailing your cancellation to supiaa@ship.edu. Please include your school name, school ID#, and name of request that you are deleting in your email.
2. I only need to stay one night - Can we request that and how much would it cost?
You can choose to stay only one night, however the Housing package includes lodging for two nights and six meals. Please refer to the Housing guidelines for futher details regarding package inclusions and late arrival information. Housing packages are non-refundable.
3. How do I make changes to my housing reservation?
First please double check your requests when you make your initial submission. Changes may arise and you can log back into this site and make changes on-line until Tuesday, May 24, 2016.
4. Can I purchase meal plan packages for my coaches Á athletes staying off campus?
Yes. Extra meal plan packages can be purchased at the cost of $56 each at registration. Payment must be made at time of purchase.
5. If I arrive on campus after 5:00 pm on Thursday, May 26, 2016, where do I go to register?
If you arrive on Thursday after 5:00 pm, you need to check in at the front desk in Presidents Hall, which is located on York Drive near the Police station. Refer to the campus map for specific location.
6. I am not arriving until Friday, May 27, 2016, where do I go?
Check in on Friday begins at 8:00 am and will be held at the South Gate of Seth Grove Stadium.
